PRIME PLOT OF COLABA TAKEN OVER BY "BHOOMIPUJAN PRIME LLP DEVELOPERS " 

A long legal battle between the Mankanis’ and Kagalwalas’ over the prime property located at Colaba, Mumbai, which nearly went on for 40 years, wherein the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay had appointed Court receiver over the property, has been finally settled.  The property settled in prime location of Colaba Causeway is owned by Delite construction Co which is now taken over by its new partners i.e., Mr. Mukesh Bajaj and Mr. Navin Parekh of M/s. BHOOMIPUJAN PRIME DEVELOPERS LLP. As per orders of the Hon’ble High Court, Bombay, the Court receiver has been discharged and has handed over the possession of the property to Mr. Mukesh Ramesh Bajaj and Mr. Navin Bhupatrai Parekh (through their firm Bhoomipujan Prime Developers LLP).
